Friends Witness Tours

Experience cultural exchange. Learn about history, economy, agriculture, architecture. Meet ProNica project partners. Friends Witness Tours visit potters’ and artisans’ studios, enjoy performances by musicians, and shop local markets. Friends Witness Tourists also visit volcanoes, crater lakes, black forest, and sandy beaches. Program Coordinator Lillian Hall has lived in Nicaragua for over twenty years and brings her personal perspective.

A ten-day Friends Witness tour costs $950 and includes:

Comfortable accommodations in ProNica’s guest house
All meals prepared by caterers specializing in local cuisine
All transportation in air conditioned vehicles
Tour leader, guides and translators
An incredibly unique experience

Space is limited to six; minimum is four. A $100 deposit per participant reserves your place. Full payment is due six weeks prior to tour. Bring only your camera and souvenir money. Airfare is lowest in recent years.
